Please tell us your opening rotation (bullet-point form or similar is fine). If you play multiple specialisations then please do this for each one

Prepull 0.5 second Judgement
Blade of Justice
Templar's Verdict / Divine Storm
Wake of Ashes
Templar's Verdict / Divine Storm
Hammer of Wrath
Templar's Verdict

Opener with Wake of Ashes possible for a fight with adds that need to be pulled elsewhere, e.g Champions:

Wake of Ashes
Verdict / Divine Storm
Blade of Justice
Hammer of Wrath
Verdict / Divine Storm
Crusader Strike
Verdict / Divine Storm

Please tell us your general rotation or priority system (bullet-point form or similar is fine). If you play multiple specialisations then please do this for each one

General priority is builders > spenders for Holy Power, make sure all builders are always on CD to optimize Holy Power gain and minimize downtime. However, still need to maintain Righteous Verdict (15% Templar's Verdict damage buff) which has a 6 second duration, and during Crusade you can prioritize spenders over builders since you have enough haste to have close to 0 downtime anyway.

Please list your current stat priority (screenshots of your character profile on SimCraft/RaidBots will also suffice), and then explain the benefits of each stat for your specialisation, making sure to include any softcaps or breakpoints you are aiming for

Retribution Paladin has no secondary stat priorities, and there are no caps or breakpoints worth chasing. I sim gear choices constantly to figure out what would be the highest DPS gearset for a given fight (AoE-focused, single-target, movement, etc.)

Please list your current talent setup, without abbreviations, detailing for each row whether the choice changes for Single Target, Cleave, and AoE

First Row: Righteous Verdict (standard, single target) or Zeal (AoE / cleave, enables Divine Storm as a DPS increase on 2 targets.)
Second Row: Hammer of Wrath, constant. Extra HP builder during Crusade is huge.
Third Row: CC/miscellaneous row. Fist of Justice or Blinding Light for raids, usually-- I stick with Fist of Justice because when CC is needed having a stun is more reliable than a blind. In BoD, the only instance where CC on trash is really needed is Conclave or Mekkatorque, both cases which a stun is better.
Fourth Row: Wake of Ashes, constant. It's a huge 5 holy power builder, and a high burst ability.
Fifth Row: Cavalier for fights where mobility is more useful, Unbreakable Spirit for slight damage increase due to SoV cooldown, and for solo soaking with shorter bubble CD.
Sixth Row: Selfless healer is basically an extra personal healthstone. Word of Glory when there's downtime where I can help with some extra raid healing. (Mekkatorque)
Seventh Row: All three are semi-viable. Crusade sims the highest, currently, and is performing best when paired with new azerite traits released in 8.1.

An important note: failure to play optimal specialisations may result in loss of raid spot/being sat. Please confirm you have acknowledged this

What is your opinion on sitting during progression (potentially for multiple bosses)?

I'm okay with it as long as there is transparency from the Raid Leader and it's something that benefits progression. The only time where it might annoy me is when there's a lack of transparency or where it's blatantly the wrong choice for me to be sat. If I'm being sat on a boss, I would want to know clearly and concisely why I'm being sat, and for there to be no beating around the bush.

What is your opinion on Private vs Public logging?

Private Logging all the way. While certain players will still pad and play for their logs, even when it's private logging, there is still nothing to lose from setting it to Private except maybe potential recruits - but these people would just use the guild to farm logs and leave regardless, so it isn't really a loss.

Background information

Please list your previous guilds and a brief reason for leaving each of them (current expansion)

The Shadow Legion - Draenor: First raiding guild I joined in BfA. It had a few of my RL friends and family in it, but they didn't raid at a level that was satisfactory for me, so I took my leave. We left on good terms and I still go out and chill with these friends regularly.

Iron Bro - Draenor: A very good guild that fell apart due to attendance issues and decided to disband near the tail end of Uldir. I'm still in the guild discord and we also still hang out regularly, but people being unsatisfied with the game led to it disbanding.

Requiem - Doomhammer: My first guild in BoD. It advertised itself to me as a high-level guild and what I saw in the first week of Mythic Progress didn't really live up to that, so I took my leave.

Safety Dance - Argent Dawn: A friend vouched for me and got me into Safety Dance. It seemed like a good choice because they've been realm first on my main server for a long time and I've always wanted to join them, so I took that opportunity immediately. However, again, people were demoralized after we hit some progression walls, attendance fell, and the guild decided to disband a week ago, reaching a peak of world rank ~180.

Why have you chosen to apply to Weeping Angels?

Horde side on Draenor has always been a competitive server and faction for raiding, and I looked for a guild that had relatively lax requirements compared to other guilds at the same level, while still looking like they maintained a level of serious raiding and competitiveness. I don't really like this game enough to be grinding out multiple alts worth of gear, azerite level, and azerite gear, but I think I'm good enough at it to raid at a high level with just one character, and Weeping Angels seems like a good medium to do that through.

unfortunately our melee roster is currently full and we have no more room for more melee players.
But we wish you good luck with your guild hunt!
