I confirm that I have read the above guild rules and that failure to conform to these may result in loss of raid spot
If there are occasional issues with attendance, please let us know here

I'm in uni so during exam periods I might miss a day or two

Class Knowledge

Please tell us your opening rotation (bullet-point form or similar is fine). If you play multiple specialisations then please do this for each one

I'm a healer; therefore I have no set rotation of course. Usually, you would pre-pot int for the fight to save everyone mana and increase your output.
- Read up on the fight
- Read up on recent class changes
- Look at logs to see what works
- Have required consumables prepared
- Pre-pot
(I'd say this is part of the opener because it all plays into how you start the fight)

Please tell us your general rotation or priority system (bullet-point form or similar is fine). If you play multiple specialisations then please do this for each one

Mistweaver rotation is mostly based around the Uplift talent increasing the power of essence font (AoE healing) while otherwise being focused on tank healing with the lifecycles talent increasing ST output and AoE output in combination with Mist Wrap.
Generally speaking, if Lifecycles is not used we also switch to chi burst instead of mist wrap as the benefit from mist wrap will be significantly less.
- Adapt talents based on the fight
- Look at logs to see what other mistweavers have chosen to use for the fight.
- Look at possible mana expenditure throughout the fight.

Please list your current stat priority (screenshots of your character profile on SimCraft/RaidBots will also suffice), and then explain the benefits of each stat for your specialisation, making sure to include any softcaps or breakpoints you are aiming for

Stat priority changes per fight (especially for healers)
Currently mistweavers have the following priority:
- Int
- Crit
- Vers
- Haste
- Mastery

Int increases raw output, therefore, is generally seen as the strongest stat.
Crit increase the chance that the mana spend results in a higher amount of healing (increasing mana efficiency)
Vers increases raw output by a lesser amount than Crit because of this it is ranked slightly lower than crit
Haste increases spell casting speed and the number of ticks a HoT has, but does not increase mana efficiency like Crit or Vers does resulting in it being ranked lower
Mastery follows the same theme as Haste, it does increase output but by a less significant margin than Crit/Vers but is occasionally strong.

Please list your current talent setup, without abbreviations, detailing for each row whether the choice changes for Single Target, Cleave, and AoE

Please reffer to the general rotation section.

An important note: failure to play optimal specialisations may result in loss of raid spot/being sat. Please confirm you have acknowledged this

What is your opinion on sitting during progression (potentially for multiple bosses)?

Yeah I am fine sitting out on bosses if a more optimal setup allows for the guild to progress further. As long as I can eventually get cutting edge in the guild group.

What is your opinion on Private vs Public logging?

I believe private logging can be beneficial to the performance of the raid as it means the raid knows that their numbers don't matter to the public but their mechanical execution still matters the same amount.

Background information

Please list your previous guilds and a brief reason for leaving each of them (current expansion)

Disfigured; I feel the team is holding me back, they are currently reforming after the raid leader fell out on HC Zul.
Bloodlust on Trash; Again felt the skill cap was below what I am able to achieve and we just didn't glue that well. I am a very analytic person which focuses on numbers & benchmarks in a realistic scenario which leads to me giving constructive criticism which some people do not appreciate.

Why have you chosen to apply to Weeping Angels?

Weeping Angels seems like a guild with the same goal as me but with the resources capable of achieving such goals. Judging by the WoWprog page you guys have a good dark sense of humor which fits with mine.

Hello there!

We will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible!

Hello there Thomas! :)

Sorry for the delay.

We've found an inhouse option to our healer issue.

Good luck with your guild hunt!
