sadly logs now are private and outdated for previous tier
Alts (comfortable playing for progression)
Aryees: All spec including Holy Shadow and Disc.
Please tell us your opening rotation (bullet-point form or similar is fine). If you play multiple specialisations then please do this for each one
Dark Soul: Misery first since it has global cooldown. Agony, Corruption,Siphon Life, Haunt 3 or 4 Unstable Affliction Depends on the amounts of Soulshards. Summon Darklage, Unstable Affliction if there any soul shards, Deathbolt, Spam Shadow bolt as a spell filler, Refresh dots whenever needed.
Please tell us your general rotation or priority system (bullet-point form or similar is fine). If you play multiple specialisations then please do this for each one
as an affliction warlock. it is important to keep all of your dots up, Like Agony Corruption, Siphon Life and Phantom Singularity with Haunt being used on CD, whenever you get a soul shard you spend it with shadow bolt being used as a spell filler.
as a single target it is a very simple rotation.
the complexity starts on Multiple target since you're playing a Multi dot class.
In Multi dot situation you always try to spread your dots. your main dots are Agony and Corruption in case the targets are spread. it is crucial now to spend Unstable Affliction on Different target because it does give 10% more damage to each. Unless you have a fair amount of soul shards and willing to use Death Bolt very soon.
if the targets are somehow close to each other then you don't have to spread Corruption on each target individually.
Seed of Corruption can reduce the time cast by spreading Corruption on all targets.
Always make sure to get full benefit of Phantom Singularity when it possible. check the possibility to see if it can hit the maximum targets within range.
Please list your current stat priority (screenshots of your character profile on SimCraft/RaidBots will also suffice), and then explain the benefits of each stat for your specialisation, making sure to include any softcaps or breakpoints you are aiming for
Haste is a major factor for affliction warlocks in BFA. the more haste you have the more damage dots you will deal and less cast and global cooldown time needed.
Agony is our only source to generate Soulshards so you'll be able to Cast Unstable Affliction whenever you can.
And since Unstable Affliction is the highest dot damage Haste is quite useful so can you generate as many soulshards you can and spend them asap.
Mastery will increase our Dot Damage. and with further gear and tier Mastery could out value the haste in the future.
but for now since this is a new expansion and we're on the very first raid. I feel Like Haste is more important in all situations for affliction warlocks.
with that said. Critt will make your dots do double damage. another important stats but it will make a dps loss if you value critt more then haste.
I personally am quite confident with my stats calculation and simming.
Please list your current talent setup, without abbreviations, detailing for each row whether the choice changes for Single Target, Cleave, and AoE
talent is always different on each encounter
But for Single Target situation it is as the following:
Dark Soul: Misery
after doing a lot of testing and comparisons.
Deathbolt is a lot better compared with Drain Life and Nightfall. we do have a lot of dots and it is quite hard to cast drain life freely. Deathbolt's damage will be increased for each dot applied on the target. Nightfall might be better in special situation including spread multi targets (more then Two targets)
Siphon Life: a major dot that deals a lot of damage on single target compared with Wraith in Agony and absolute corruption. it does also enhance the damage of Deathbolt as an extra dot. Absolute corruption will be better in Aoe fights and Multi Dot situation. Wraith in Agony is honestly now a garbage talent as the damage of Agony is not as it's used to be on Legion. in fact Agony now is the lowest dot damage in Damage Summary.
Phantom Singularity: without a doubt is the best option for both Single and Aoe targets. well for now at least.
. Sow the Seed is only for Aoe Burst Situations can exceed over Phantom Singularity. Although there has been a major change now in Seed of Corruption. the damage has been significantly reduced. the reason why is because Seed of Corruption does not only get value from Intellect but also from Mastery too.
Vile Taint: is a good ability with a very specific use. it's an aoe dot that can apply 30% Movement speed reduction for all targets within 10 yards. not the best damage outcome but quite the mobility it has for a specific situation and might be useful on some bosses like Zek'voz.
Haunt: a much better talent then Shadow embrace for single target situation
Sacrifice is good for multi dotting and aoe.
Shadow Embrace might be good for council fight with 3 or 4 permanent targets
Dark Soul : Misery : there has been a lot of sims been done about which one out value the other between Dark Soul and Creeping Death.
Creeping Death is a powerful talent with great value as it gives 15% more haste to each dot. However with the current gear stats on this tier. you won't be able to keep up all on all targets during multi dot encounter and most of your dots will fall due to global cooldown. not to mention that Creeping Death is reducing the durability of your dots.
Dark soul on the other is a 2 min cooldown that give you the ability to burst targets within 20 seconds. especially high importance targets that needs to be killed asap.
as for Soul Conduit: its value has been decreased after the nerf and with the current gear stats it does not compete with the other two talents.
An important note: failure to play optimal specialisations may result in loss of raid spot/being sat. Please confirm you have acknowledged this

What is your opinion on sitting during progression (potentially for multiple bosses)?
I don't Mind setting out on a specific bosses. Like Varimathras for example: Affliction warlock is the weakest class was then back in the day to burst Shadow of Varimathras
What is your opinion on Private vs Public logging?
I do respect Private logs. because during my wow experience. I realized a lot of players switch their focus on doing the maximum damage outcome with any giving regards to the raid mechanics which might cause a raid wipe and unnecessary conflicts.
Players still need to maximize their total damage but without jeopardizing the raid mechanics. their priority should be on defeating the encounter by pulling their weight and executing tactics
Please list your previous guilds and a brief reason for leaving each of them (current expansion)
My last guild Was Winterfall.
I raided All Legion with them. I played for 2 years with them then I went social by the end of expansion due to medical conditions. I had to do a surgery in my back and I took a time off. I quite understand that at this point I respect their willingness to have an active warlock on the roster and that is the main reason for me to look for another guild.
Why have you chosen to apply to Weeping Angels?
I personally enjoy raiding and that is the main reason for me to play world of warcraft. and by looking to it's current history. the guild has a good reputation.
I'm looking for a guild that can finish every content.
and I hope i can fit in as an active member with high asset to the guild.
Last thing I wanna add is that I have been playing Wow since Vanilla till now. I've been playing Warlock as a main Since Mist of Pandaria. I've been raiding in some big guilds back in the day Like Hi Goat, Nihilum, Security.
