I'll do it as if I'm opening a general encounter, Assuming I'm using CenarionWard, Spring Blossoms and Cultivation. As this makes my opener different.
I'd lifebloom the tank, and rejuve both tanks.
Next I'd throw down effloresence on the tanks and melees, or ranged. Depending on the fight. As now it's buffed for the longer the people are in my efflo, so any damage that comes in will be healed through. I'd then rejuve blanket the raid, and wild growth.
There's not much more I could say, as after this it would be how the rest of the encounter is.
Please explain your rotation, if any
Wouldn't say I have a healer rotation if such. Specify most of my stuff above, any questiosn you have for specific fights, just let me know.
Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for
Everything can be found here on my spreadsheet I'm using. Shows my stat weights, I'm using the No Tranq ones.
Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:
My talent choices have varied a lot during Legion, during the start it was all about using propserity and soul of the forest, but the meta has shifted a lot, during the start of nighthold, I'd still been very unlucky in my legendary choices, so much so I was just using prydaz and sephuz, thankfully as I write this I got Velens last night and I have shoulders, which at the minute are BiS in most encounters. During the very recent 7.2 events I've unlocked the gold trait and I'm onto 43 traits almost 44. Joy Spring is a trait that has made spring blossoms pretty much best to use in most encounters, bar encounters like mythic tichondrius where it's favoured to use germination to heal up the carrion plagues, although I imagine with the level of that boss to you guys now, I'd be better off using spring blossoms to pick up on raid damage rather than rejuve blanketing carrions, although could be neccesary to run germination for the tanks on seeker swarm depending on the tactic, to sum it up Pretty much Cultivation, Cenarion Ward and Spring Blossoms are being used all the time at the moment, but I'm sure the meta will change for the ToS 4set, depends how it goes, but we could be going back to prosperity depends how much value we can get out of our T20 2set and 4set with swiftmend.
Raid experience (Current and previous)
I'm an exceptionnally motivated raider, with the current ability and experience to achieve cutting edge progression, while continuing my efforts into farm raiding also. I've been playing this game since early Burning Crusade, while during my time I have spent it on US and EU throughout expansions, this was due to my friends in the United States. Paired with my long time playing, I've achieved highest difficulty possible progression in every expansion so far. I definitely would express that I am an extremely reliable member to any raid team, followed by great raid attendance. Whilst assuring I always come prepared with Flasks, Enchanted Gear aswell as Gemmed, with lots of food! Optionally bringing Vantus Runes for bosses we're struggling with. I live log to review my own performance ensuring I am performing as I should for my role, keeping an eye on uptimes of spells or maybe I'm taking a lot of damage to things I shouldn't without noticing ingame.
My current guild has a relaxed attitude towards raiding, it's way too relaxed in comparison to my raiding views. For example, people not turning up to raids which resulted in cancelled raids, people not preparing for themselves and relying on the GM's or officers to tell them tactics or give them flasks or food. I expected a higher quality of raid team when I first joined and applied. We're in a bit of a rough patch right now and are considering disbanding anyway.

Going through your guilds logs and looking at the current progress and roster of your team, I'd say I was well suited and would fit in comfortably. I feel as though I'd be a great aspect to your team that you'd enjoy to have around.
