I confirm that I am free to raid on Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday 7.15pm-11.15pm and that I can listen on Discord (preferably both listen and speak).
I confirm I have read the example application and will strive, where applicable to my class, to put in a high level of effort and depth of information into the subsequent sections of my application. Link to the example application:

None really.

Please explain in detail your opener

Frost opener is fairly simple(With Lonely Winter):

Precast Ebonbolt 3 seconds before pull to account for travel time of spell
Ice Lance
Frozen Orb
Ice Lance

At this point it becomes a system of priorities which I will explain underneath.

Frost Opener (With Bone Chilling):

Precast Ebonbolt 3 seconds before pull to account for Travel time of spell
Ice Lance
Frost bolt
About 1 second before the spell will land, cast Water Jet from pet
Frost bolt
Ice Lance
Ice Lance
Frozen Orb
Ice Lance

Please explain your rotation, if any

Frost is not so much rotational but it's more a system of priorities and ensuring that procs are not wasted.

There are two main procs for Frost which are:
Brain Freeze: Makes your next Flurry instant and applies Winter's Chill which enables spells to shatter.
Icy Veins: Enables your next Ice Lance to shatter

Aside from those procs, the rotation is simply spam Frostbolt, use Ebonbolt every 45 seconds, use Frozen orb on cooldown and then react to procs. There are however certain subtle aspects of the rotation I shall cover.

A big part of Frost is ensuring that procs are not wasted. For example, if you have a Fingers of Frost proc and a Brain Freeze proc at the same time, you need to use the Ice Lance before the Flurry. The reason being is that the instant Flurry will enable your next Ice Lance to Shatter, thus when you fire a Brain Freeze it is always followed by an Ice Lance as this Ice Lance will shatter. As you can see, if you were to Brain Freeze and then Consume the Fingers of Frost proc, you've wasted an Ice Lance that can shatter. Therefore, it is evident that there is a priority system at work here.

Keeping in the same area of wasting procs, another thing you must ensure is that you don't waste your Frozen orb. Frozen orb is the biggest provider of Fingers of Frost procs. As such, you want to make sure you can maximise the usage of the spell. For this reason, you would never cast Ebonbolt during the uptime of Frozen Orb as not only could you quite easily waste Fingers of Frost procs due to going over the cap of 3 charges, you don't want to Flurry during Frozen Orb if you can help it as the likelihood is that you would get a Fingers of Frost proc during this flurry from the Frozen orb, which would munch a proc.

Rotationally, there is a goal with Frost and it revolves around the use of Thermal Void. Thermal Void increases the duration of your Icy Veins by 2 seconds every time you cast an Ice Lance that can shatter. This means you want to try and get as many shattered Ice Lances into the target as possible. The goal is to extend Icy Veins long enough to fire off your second Frozen Orb. Frozen Orb, as mentioned provides the most Fingers of Frost procs and so it is likely that you can extend the Icy Veins even further and in combination with the trait which causes your Frostbolt crits to reduce the cooldown of Icy Veins, you can begin to approach very high uptime on Fingers of Frost. The legendary gloves for Frost help a lot with this, unfortunately due to rerolling Frost, I don't have them!

The last part of Frost I want to explain is double Ice Lance. Frost is the only spec in the entire game where spell procs and effects are determined when the spell LANDS rather than when the spell is CAST. This opens up a playstyle which can substantially increase the uptime on Icy Veins. The idea is that you get two Ice Lances into the Winter's Chill debuff applied by an instant Flurry. It requires two things:
Enough haste
Being close enough to the boss
There is a spreadsheet with exact haste values but it's not really relevant, suffice it to say that the main ways of gaining enough haste to do this are:

Blood Lust + Icy Veins
Blood Lust + Whispers proc
Icy Veins + Whispers Proc

It also requires you to either be moving towards the boss or very close to the boss but when successfully executed, it is a marked increase in Icy Veins uptime.

Frost is a fairly RNG spec but even if you get bad RNG, it still gets competitive damage. Similarly, considering I literally have the worst two legendaries for Frost, my damage will only improve when I get better legendaries.

I may have forgotten something to put down here, if you have questions feel free, I am fairly certain I'll know the answer.

Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for

Frost doesn't really have a stat priority other than, Mastery is bad unless you're playing Glacial Spike build.

Frost does have a crit cap, or "Shatter Cap" and that's 33% crit which is when every Ice Lance you fire will crit which is also when crit rating substantially falls off in value.

Aside from that, Frost basically wants Haste and Crit (Until Crit Cap) and then plug in with Versatility where possible and avoid Mastery.

Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:

Lonely Winter/Bone Chilling: These are the two talents you take from the first row and the one you take simply comes down to simming yourself (Which I do). Currently Lonely Winter is better for me

Shimmer: Incredible mobility and utility for Frost. It just outclasses Ice Floes in most situations, as rarely do you need to move often enough if you utilise shimmer correctly.

Incanter's Flow: Pretty much the best choice here in my opinion as the dps difference between it and Mirror Image is about 500 dps, with Rune of Power having way too much margin for error to be viable right now in my opinion. That and the fact that it sims approximately 20k dps below IF.

Frozen Touch/Splitting Ice: This is simply a choice between if you need cleave or single target and you take the one that's appropriate.

Frigid Winds: Not relevant to raiding

Unstable Magic: Simply the best passive dps increase for this tier. In a fight with substantial AoE for prolonged periods of time, you'd take Arctic Gale but it would need to be a very AoE heavy fight for frost to spec for AoE.

Thermal Void: The cornerstone of Frost right now, incredible talent for sustained single target or cleave damage and far outshines the others. Glacial Spike is its own build and revolves around stacking Mastery and Crit and also requires very specific relics and as such, is a far more stringent playstyle. You also lock yourself out of playing Thermal Void so I don't want to basically.

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving

I mean, I have a lot of previous guilds due to the amount of time I've played the game and I can't imagine you want to hear about all of them, if you do then I am happy to talk about them.

Pure Luck was my last guild and as I'm sure you're aware, it recently disbanded due to the officer team being unable to sustain the raids any longer. It was thus decided to give everyone a chance to find a guild for 7.2 and Tomb of Sargares. Really did enjoy this guild and fully intend to stay in contact with many of its members. It does suck that it fell apart but these things cannot be helped.

I suppose my other Legion guild is relevant, they were called Cold Logic and we cleared 7/7 En Mythic with them. The members were ok, some better than others but the problem was the leadership, specifically the guild master. He and I did not get on particularly well, he was erratic and had a strange way of thinking. I left for the problems I had with him and the fact that I was really tired of Raid Leading as that was what I did. It was beginning to ruin my interest in the game as I could not effectively concentrate on leading and doing dps and to anyone that can do both perfectly, you're a more able person than I am!

Reason behind applying for Weeping Angels

I'm applying to Weeping Angels because I was approached by two Fabulous individuals with whom I had a fantastic conversation on Discord where they raved about how amazing your guild is. On top of that, you're at exactly the same progress as I am so it's an easy fit. Having seen some of your videos, heard some of your motivational speeches and spoken to one member whom I knew previously, you just sound like a guild whose goal it is to clear NH mythic, are dedicated and enjoy the game. Too often do people play this game because they feel obligated but I really don't want to play with people who don't have that drive to play so I am hoping that you all do!

Write any additional information you feel you need to tell in your apply

The only thing I will reiterate is that my logs are not quite as good as I am used to because I decided to reroll Frost about a month ago, my weapon was only 41 traits and I had no frost legendaries. As such, my performance is only going to improve when I actually get proper legendaries as currently for example, the difference between the belt (Which I have) and the gloves is 36k dps. So I will be farming my arse off to try and get them in 7.2 from Kadala vendor woman thing.

App is really great but,

I was approached by two Fabulous individuals with whom I had a fantastic conversation on Discord

You could have just started and ended with this tbh.

Accepted, whisper anyone online for an invite!
41 traits! I anticipate some fabulous AP grinding. The dream

Why do you insist on embarassing yourself tho
