Monk, pure alt, not raid ready at all

Please explain in detail your opener

Pre pot
Mind Blast on Pull
Arcane Torrent
Vampiric touch
Shadow word pain
Filler

Please explain your rotation, if any

'From How to Priest'

Use VoiT
Use PI when at or above around 20 stacks
VB (preferring clumped targets)
MB
DoT new targets
Use fiend in the last 12 seconds of PI or when you have 12 seconds of voidform left
Use filler

My own notes:
PI and fiend always try to stack with Bloodlust, Twist of fate or any other damage buffs whenever possible.

Only delay Voit to take advantage of massive damage buffs, generally its safer just to cast it on cooldown, but there are exceptions.

Targets that will die quickly 1 dot only
Mass targets just mindflay them down.

Always take into account how long adds will be alive before deciding whether to dot them or not.

Dispersion to avoid insanity loss, gain another Voit, or deal with mechanics.

Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for

4 piece NH bonus is a straight DPS increase. Currently going for Haste Mastery. Haste itemization is poor in Nighthold so have to make do. Looking for at least 10,000 Haste, and as much mastery as possible.

Trained Solider
Haste Enchants
200 Intellect on Cloak
375 Haste Food
Intellect Flask
Prolonged Power (Deadly grace on pure single target)

Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:

Talents from left to right 1/2/1/1/1/1/1.

Swapping San'lyn for Auspicious spirits depending on Mastery V Crit

Play surrender to madness build on Botanist.

Due to the 4 piece set bonus/Twins legendary don't feel shadow crash is worth it 90% of the time. Misery for padding meters only.

Background information

Raid experience (Current and previous)

Nothing really worthy of note. I raided in TBC in a fairly competitive guild.

Casual raiding through Heroic in Legion.

Screenshot of UI in RAID COMBAT (LFR is ok)

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving

Over Raided - Raided with at start of legion. Leaving due to getting burnt out with other raiders not trying to improve, and not meeting the bare minimum checks for boss fights. Also is mainly a heroic guild, I would prefer to attempt to raid in a mythic guild.

Reason behind applying for Weeping Angels

I've been playing Legion in my friends guild which is a heroic raiding guild. Whilst I have enjoyed it, I don't feel any sort of challenge killing heroic bosses only when our raid vastly out gears the content. I also have difficulties making some Wednesday Raids. Whilst I don't mind people making mistakes, it is frustrating to raid with players that don't attempt to improve their performance to the point where they are being carried by the rest of the raid.

I am looking for a Mythic Guild that

1. Doesn't have Wednesday as a main raiding day most of the time.

2. Is competitive, but doesn't require extreme hardcore commitments like re rolling, split raiding, multiple characters to be raid ready.

3. Relaxed raiding atmosphere, but serious about the game and capable of learning from mistakes and wipes to overcome challenging content

4. Forms groups for Mythic Keystones.

Write any additional information you feel you need to tell in your apply

My only issue is i currently don't use exorus/ weak auras. Ive really wanted to use weak auras at least, but my guild has been so casual I haven't bothered to use them. Hopefully will be allowed the time to set them up if I was to start raiding.

Hi Astons,

We have discussed your application and we have come to a decision.

We find that your logs are good, and that your application is to an acceptable standard, however the main issue we have is your gear.

We are at the point in our progression where we simply cannot afford to be gearing trialists up just to make them viable, and the gear that we do have dropping really needs to be thrown onto our progression team.

As such, unfortunately I am going to decline this application, however I wish you good luck in your guild hunt!
