Please explain in detail your opener

on every boss except odyn I will start with deadly grace prepot and precast mindblast 2sec before the pull timer. then i will apply my dots/ arcane torrent and mind flay till im around 85-90% insanity, then I reapply my dots go into voidform and start my normal rotation after casting void torrent. voidbolt>mindblast>filler>voidbolt>filler>filler repeat till I fall out of VF. applying dots on adds keeping them up with voidbolt etc.

Please explain your rotation, if any

When i use surrender ~2 minutes before the boss dies I'll use surrender right after I drop out of VF sometimes I'll just stop casting so i can get into my surrender voidForm the rotation is similiar except I will use dispresion after my first void torrent and after my PI late into void form 90ish stacks. I have found that this gives me the most 3VT surrenders. my rotation changes at high insanity stacks to voidbolt>mindblast>voidbolt>filler>filler. Arcane torrent/sw:d is used as insanity generators when i would otherwise drop out of VF not part of a rotation and they fall under the filler category.

Without surrender the rotation is just voidbolt>mindblast>filler>voidbolt>filler>filler with voidtorrent at start. Sometimes using dispersion to extend the dmg on dots. I use it sometimes on odyn if my set bonus procs and im about to fall out of vf and it will buy me enough time so i can SW:D the adds and stay in VF longering.

Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for

haste till 9.5k
crit till 9k
then mastery
My gems and enchants are made to reach 9.5k haste with food and the rest is spend on crit. This is based off the latest theory crafting posted on how to priest discord.

Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:

The current state of shadow only really allows for 1 talents setup for raid encounters.

tier15: twist of fate 20% more healing/dmg if you dmg adds below 35% hp is amazing because any fight with adds will allow you to activate this talent a lot during a fight and ofcourse you get a lot of bonus dmg during surrender out of it. The other talents in the tier don't come close in terms of dmg.

tier30: mobility row i personally prefer Body and Soul for the speed boost with pws. It also seems like the most usefull too me if I have to move somewhere to get a small movespeed boost vs more selfhealing and movespeed based off insanity.

tier45: ranged aoe stun only option for the current raid fights, the other talents give you a 30sec fear centerd around your character and mindcontrol gives you a 'pet' so I always pick Mind Bomb.

tier 60: Reaper of Soul without a doubt when surrender is still so dominant. It allows you the generate 90 insanity with SW:D during surrender basicly an insanity reset. When using legacy of the void voidlord could be good be that doesn't happen in any fights atm.

tier 75: AS provides the most insanity by far out of any of talents on the row without legendar belt. If I would get the belt Shadowy Insight might be better in some rare cases. But in any situation with 2+ targets AS will win.

tier 90: power infusion is a lot strong than the other talents on this row for every situation. It gives haste and insanity generation. It's amazing for doing some massive cleave dmg and mandatory too survive high stack surrender.

tier100: surrender, as the other talents are never worth taking in a raiding scenario. one is dps neutral and the other could be a dps loss.

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving

I am in High tech on draenor. The recent drama and officer decisions, having too carry a bunch of trials through cenarius. Promoting a trial to officer. The main tank leaving because of it I decided it was time for me too look for a diffrent guild aswell.

Reason behind applying for Weeping Angels
You are on the same server as me and have the same progression(altough a lot faster). So I thought it might be a good fit.

Write any additional information you feel you need to tell in your apply

I try to always have 60pots/60food/30runes/4flaks before every raid and be on time. I hope you'll accept me as a trial. :)
Hey Malkut,

Thank you for your interest and application to our guild.

I will have our shadow priest look over your application and respond to you hopefully within the next couple days.
Hey Malkut,

We have discussed your application and have come to the following conclusion:

As our roster is almost full, we need to be confident that any new recruits we get will be able to compete with our current raiders. While your application seems well detailed and accurate, we hold concerns over your ability to perform at the same level of, and compete with our current shadow priest. As such, unfortunately we are going to decline your application.

Thanks again for your interest and good luck in your guild hunt!
