Warcraft logs URL [REQUIRED] - Had to log LFR as my logs needed an updating, can go run HC and get some logs if necessary too, but already saved this week.

Please explain in detail your opener

Glyphs are obviously irrelevant right now.
talents and things have changed all the time, in the current expansion Legion, I have focused on getting as much haste and crit as I can, I use generally Prosperity, Displacer Beast, Guardian Affinity, Typhoon, Soul of the Forest, Spring Blossom and Flourish.

Please explain your rotation, if any

Don't feel there's a set rotation, but if using the talents Prosperity, Soul of the Forest and Spring Blossoms and Flourish.

I'd make sure the tank who's tanking first had lifebloom on him, on the pull, then I'd start stacking my hots onto the tank. If there's expected raid damage coming in near the start of the fight, I'd cast Swiftmend on the tank who's tanking and wild growth the group, upon this I could choose to use Flourish if it's prolonged damage, and if it's heavy I could choose to use my artifact ability to increase hot potency. Making sure to use clear casting procs with regrowth where available. Rejuve as a fixer.

Focusing on uptimes of hots is key, and is something I analyse in logs and skada while playing.

Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for

Int>Haste>=Crit=Versatility>Mastery unless you're on Dragons of Nightmare, then it's Mastery>=Int>Haste=>Crit=Versatility.
Crit has equal value to Versatility when you got 3250 more Crit than Versatility. If the gap is bigger, Versatility is best, if the gap is smaller, Crit is best.

Haste Gems and Enchants where possible.

Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:

Current talents are in the section 3rd above this section. Glyphs are irrelevant.

For fights like Ursoc and such on higher difficulties, I have/will be using Cultivation and Cenarion Ward, paired with Inner Peace, as it's heavy tank healing but at the same time, tranq is very useful for the high damage from charges. I feel it's very mandatory to use certain talents on certain bosses, but upon general talents is what I mentioned foremost.

Background information

Raid experience (Current and previous)

I have been raiding on this game since early TBC, I’ve jumped between my US and EU character due to having friends in the US and I raided WOTLK, Cataclysm, MoP and WoD on US realms, all achieving the highest possible difficulty in all of them. I am extremely reliable and have a great attendance to raids. I come properly flasked, enchanted, fed and gemmed! Especially fed, I never stop eating! NOM!

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving

I haven't guild hopped much at all, The longest stay is my current guild, I've been loyal to them for years, but the roster has changed from what it used to be and the roster now isn't capable of killing mythic content and the raid attitude of the roster isn't what it should be, constant breaks all the time are issued within the 3 hours of raiding 3 times a week. I have let officers know in my guild I'll be leaving upon finding a spot in another guild.

Reason behind applying for Weeping Angels

I feel as though your guilds current progress and looking at your performance, you fit my criteria for the guild I'd see myself in and the progress I would've achieved if my guild roster was up to the standards and has similar attitudes of your guild.

Write any additional information you feel you need to tell in your apply

I am a highly motivated raider with the ability and past experience to achieve mythic progress and clears.

Hi Curtis,

Thanks for your interest and application to our guild. As our roster stands at the moment we aren't especially in need of another healer, and even then, we already have two druids so fitting a third into our roster is, unfortunately, not really something we're considering.

A couple notes about your application:
In general, it is a reasonably good application except for a few areas.

Firstly, according to your armory you have lesser enchants. If you are looking to join a mythic guild you should really enchant your gear with the best enchants you can get and update the armory before applying as it leaves a negative first impression. For most guilds having the best enchants will be a basic prerequisite to coming to raids.

Also, while I do not know all that much about Restoration Druids, I know at least (and you have also alluded to the fact) that talents can change depending on fights. You sort of touched on this but it would have been nice if you had expanded on your talent choices in more detail. Here are your logs. When asked for logs it's best to give your character overview as it has all of your fights collected there which is easier to see and navigate than a singular report.

At the moment our recruitment is closed except for truly exceptional applicants, and if we were to accept you we would need to be confident that you would be able to match if not outperform our current raiders. Unfortunately, given the evidence you have shown me I can't say that I have such confidence, and as such I am going to decline this application.

Again, thanks for your interest and good luck in your ongoing guild hunt! :)
