Awsome logs still to come .. I have none so far :d

Please explain in detail your opener

Well .. Feral in Legion .. There are so many possibilities now since the tweaks in our talents tree but the best so far is still taking the old Savage Roar ( even tho its a talent now, duration decreased :(, and competing with the OP Incarnation ) + Moonfire.
The opener I do ( still subject to changes, Legendary ? )
-->casting Healing Touch for the Bloodtalons procs
-->Rake ( pray to RNG for crit - 2 CP )
-->Savage Roar
-->Ashmane`s Frenzy
-->Savage Roar
-->Healing Touch
-->Berserk+ Tiger`s Fury
-->Shred, build 5CP
-->Maintain Rip/Rake with Bloodtalons and with Tiger`s Fury as much as possible + Moonfire, while keeping Savage Roar up and try squeeze Ferocious Bites here and there.

Please explain your rotation, if any

My rotation is somehow the opener

Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for

As always Agillity comes in as 1st priority (main stat) then Crit>=Mastery, there is still a debate between haste-versatillity but a mix is always best.
Icy Veins, Wowhead and Noxxic all say a diffrent version of this xD.

Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:

Tier 1 - a) Predator - When a target with one of your bleeds on it dies the cooldown on Tiger's Fury resets. This could be viable in some scenarios involving multiple adds dieing at diffrent times, but with the massive AoE in Mythic + adds are killed almost at the same time so --> WASTE
b) Blood Scent – Your Melee abilities have a 10% increased critical strike change on targets with one of your bleeds on it.
c ) My choice <Lunar Inspiration> – You can now cast a special version of Moonfire in Cat form with a cost of 30 energy and gives one combo point. This is the most rewarding talent in here .. Ppl in general will skip this talent because it may be hard to add it in the rotaion but it is the best.

Tier 2 - a) Renewal – Instant heal %30 of your total HP. This talent is really not useful
b) My choice <Displacer Beast> – Teleports you 20 yards forward from your current positon and boosts movement speed by %50 for 4 seconds.This is the best choice for most raid encounters because u can move freely to a specific position or to dropp a debuff away of raid members
c) Wild Charge – Leap behind your current target and daze them for 3 seconds.

Tier 3 - a) 1st choice <Balance Affinity> – Passive effect is all of your abilities ranges are increased by 5 yards. You gain the ability to shift into Moonkin Form and gain the following abilities: Starsurge, Lunar Strike, Solar Wrath, and Sunfire
b) 2nd choice Guardian Affinity – Passive effect is all damage taken is reduced by 15%. You learn the following Bear Form abilities: Mangle, Frenzied Regeneration, and Iron Fur. With the addition of Iron Fur your Bear Form becomes a minor tank.This might be usefull for Boss fights where there is heavy AoE dmg incoming .. maybe Ursoc Mythic
c) Restoration Affinity - Passive effect is Yesra's Gift. You heal for 3% of your total life every 5 seconds. Take this when u dont trust healers ;))

Tier 4 - a) Mighty Bash - Stun target for 5 seconds. 50 second cooldown. Good for an extra spell interrupt or to make a quick getaway.
b) Mass Entanglement - Roots the target in place and will root nearby enemies as well for 30 seconds. Root can break on damage.
c) 1st choice <Typhoon> - Knock back all targets within 15 yards of the front of you and dazes them for 6 seconds. This is the best u can have while raiding, and u can also intrerupt spellcasting with it.

Tier 5 - a) Soul of the Forest - Finishing moves return 12 energy per combo point consumed.This talent is just to weak compared to the others, might be viable on a 2/3 cleave boss fight.
b) Incarnation: King of the Jungle - For 30 seconds all cat form abilities cost 50% less while Rake and Shred deal damage as if you were in stealth. This is not a priority so far but could be usefull in scenarios where a specific add must be killed within a time limit or to push a boss Phase etc.
c) 1st choice < Savage Roar > - Finishing move that increases physical damage done by 25% while in Cat Form.

Tier 6 - a) Sabertooth - Ferocious Bite refreshes the duration of Rip.
b) Only Choice <Jagged Wounds > - Your Rake, Rip, and Thrash abilities deal the same amount of damage but in 33% less time. This is just too good !
c) Elune's Guidance - Gives 5 combo points instantly and generates 1 combo point per second for the next 5 seconds (45 second cooldown). This is maybe for the new ferals so they can have a Savage Roar going ?

Tier 7 - a) Brutal Slash - Strikes all nearby enemies with a massive slash. Awards 1 combo point. Maximum 3 charges (18 second cooldown per charge reduced by Haste).This is interesting but only 3 charges and Haste is not good for ferals to go for as priority.
b) Main Choice < Bloodtalons> - After casting a Healing Touch your next 2 abilities are increased by 50%. This is by far the best for single target fights or 2/3 cleave fights.
c) Moment of Clarity - When you proc Omen of Clarity your next 3 abilities cost no energy and your energy cap is increased by 30. This again might be interesting to the new ferals :))

Background information

Raid experience (Current and previous)

I play WoW since I know myself :)) .. and only FERAL Druid.
I raided in all of the expansion but my 2nd best raiding experience was in WotLK and 1st best ( lol ) was in WoD.

Screenshot of UI in RAID COMBAT (LFR is ok)
Previous guilds and reasons for leaving

My first guild was Brotherhood of Doom .. The GM was Razzerian ( a very good rogue and a friend of mine ).We raided the hell out of Karazhan.
Then name changed to Paradox.
When WoD came I joined Frostwolves renamed into Hallowed where we killed everything except Mythic Archimonde ( then i took a long break ) up untill now when I joined Weeping Angels.
I am not a dramatic person. I am not that kind of a guy who changes guilds as u can see.I take mistakes as lessons, I always look for the best and I am always open to learning smtgh new about the game.I always try to give 150%

Reason behind applying for Weeping Angels

I heard from Veed&Korv that you are a bunch of pro/friendly people who takes raids seriously.

Write any additional information you feel you need to tell in your apply

Ohh .. forgot to say that my curent raid exp is all the bosses in Emerald Nightmare normal except Cenarius / Xavius . I do know tacs, I always watch videos of boss fights , read guides and watch the pro WoW streamers raiding on Twitch ( including Veed 😀 )
Thank you for the application. Logs for draenor at

I've asked feralica (our best feral from WoD) to have a look at the application and will get back to you. I believe you'd already signed to our alt run tonight and I'll be logging anyway. It will give us a gauge on how well you're mastering feral in legion.

Hey Råncor,

I have a couple questions regarding your artifact:
1) How many traits do you have?
2) Could you roughly explain the general route you have taken?

Could you also tell me which are your best in slot trinkets?
Hey Rancor!

Overall the application looks fine to me. Only bigger thing i need to point out is the opener. You want to Berserk and TF earlier and before Ashamane's frenzy, so that the said ability is buffed by TF as well and you want your 2nd finisher in your opener to be Rip instead of new SR.

So it's like:
HT for BT prepull
Savage roar
Ashamane's frenzy
Moonfire/Shred to 5 points
Rip and go on as normal from here.

Your talent choices look good to me. However i suggest keeping open mind about the alternatives in the DPS rows. On the first one Blood scent can be better than LI, mainly AOE scenarios. On paper Predator needs to reset 3 times in a minute to be a strong contender. In 5 mans it can be very valuable since it actually is pretty rare that everything dies literally at the same time. Also don't underestimate Brutal slash, it gives a fix to the burst aoe problem while also being pretty strong ability by itself and for low energy cost.

Your UI looks fine to me as long as Droodfocus still has the bleed strength tracker in it, which is the only thing i really care about when looking at feral UI.

Now on the logs.. I feel like it's not fair to judge your performance on WoD logs because of the fact that the level you played on back then might not be the same anymore and because things are little bit different than they were in WoD. Juggling with uptimes thanks to ever so lovely Jagged wounds and lower duration SR makes bit of a difference from previous expansion. However, i want to point out that even though you seem to know your stuff in theory, the WoD logs showed that some improvement can be done. You had some issues with bleed and SR uptimes here and there, mainly on cleave. That's definitely something you can and should pay attention on the alt run which will be logged. But yeah, i'll have a look at those logs better we have them so.. that's it for now i guess.
I currently have 19 Traits but I miss the last one ( rip ) Ashmane`s Bite because somehow I managed to put a point in Feral Power early .. I am 15k AP away tho. Should be there soon.And i took the fastest route to Ashmane`s Bite skipping the other 2 gold traits.
And yes Feralica improvements can be done i know.Back in WoD when we raided mythics we had big probs with the guild rooster .. it was a clown fiesta .. wich sent me into taking a break.
And yea that opener seems better i only did that because i feared I loose uptime on berserk and the CD on Tiger`s Fury was alligning better with the next Rip + it was a 15% lost of increase dmg on the 1st Ashmane`s Frenzy but gaining more on the rest.Deffinetlly I`ll spend mroe time on the dummies with that.
Thank you for answering the question and responding to Feralica. Both the point in Feral Power and your opener were things I was going to ask about after your response.

I had a look through your logs.
You died on half of the fights but from what I can see they weren't necessarily your fault.
DPS-wise you seemed to be ranging from 220-270k if we are tracking from the beginning of each fight until any death you may have had. This is pretty good but I believe you would need to push it a little higher to compete with a lot of our other DPS.

Taking a look at the uptime of your DoTs, I can see that over the four fights, up until the point that you died on each fight (discounting the time after your combat res on Dragons), it looked like this:

Rip - 86.63% (Nythendra 87, Ursoc 91, Elerethe 81, Dragons 85)
Rake - 88.78 (Nythendra 92, Ursoc 91, Elerethe 78, Dragons 93)

Or there abouts.

Comparing this to the top parses on each fight, you seem to have up to 10% less uptime on each DoT. This is quite significant but I assume most of it comes from the fact that this was likely the first time you killed each boss? Could you explain this?

Ultimately, my consensus on your application at the moment is that it is pretty good, but as we are really looking for exceptional applicants we would need to see improvement out of you to consider you for Mythic (else you'd just be warming the bench).

Any further strong evidence you gather would improve my opinion (running normal/hc for logs, for example), and as such I think the consideration right now would be for you to either continue coming to the alt runs for a couple weeks, or potentially come to the main Heroic raid (although you would have lowest loot priority so this may not be ideal) until you gain enough gear/Artifact traits to fully compete with the rest of the team.

Rancor, I would also suggest you farm mythic + for both gear and artifact traits. You are a little behind on both, and we have historically set challenging targets on ilevel and trait counts for our raiders (something Paul alluded to at the end of his post)). Most are 859 and 23+ traits this should a realistic target. Mythic + offers a swift route to achieve this even outside of raids.

As mentioned above, we want trialists who can enhance our roster and, indeed, buy into our progression mind set. Some level of grinding is baseline for us now.
I have to say that the Hc raid last night was the first one :D.I only cleared first 4 bosses once with a shitty PUG.

Yes the uptimes were a bit low here and there but mostly do to me trying to accomodate to the fight and due to the opener I did.10x to Feralica for pointing that out.

My gear is still a bit low for Mythics for now.The alt runs are perfect, I could even come to ur main Hc raid since there wont be that chaos liek it was in the ALT run, and that should make logs be better.
This is what i do and what i will do .. even tho is kidna hard to get into those Mythic+ as feral .. all i get in response from ppl is : "-Balance?" no.. GTFO .. rip.
But working my ass out on that AP and gear aswell.
Hi Råncor,

It seems that we both have to come to the consensus that you aren't ready for Mythic, but that you are happy to continue coming to the alt run until your gear/performance is satisfactory, which is fine.

I'm going to decline your application for now in light of the fact that we will not be bringing you to Mythic, but you are welcome to the alt run, and I will speak to the other officers about bringing you to the heroic raid, although as I said you will be lowest priority so the likelihood of you getting gear is extremely low. However, it would give us a chance to properly assess your performance.
