There is not to much to say about my occupation or social interest. But there's probably not gonna be anything that will crash with scheduled raids. My Usual Attendance is around 105% so nothing to worry about there;)

Please explain in detail your opener

As resto shaman there's not rly anything to do before pull except pre-potting and putting riptide on tanks.

Please explain your rotation, if any

DURING A FIGHT!
-Try to keep 100% uptime on ES for tanks. (If you know some1 else is gonna take loads of dmg shortly you can move ES to them as well for the 20% increase healing done to targets with ES)
-I use Riptide off cd(+Healing Rain right before dmg) so I can Chain Heal when the actual dmg start dmg start.
-Healing Stream Totem. Use almost off cd (Dont waste it if you know there's gonna be 0 dmg inc. But use before heavy dmg start's. You dont wanna waste a global on it during raid aoe)
-As for my big healing CD's: HTT, SLT and Ascendance. I always use HTT when its called for or if its assigned to a certain time. Unless something unexpected happen and I feel its ""rly"" needed. In which case I use Ascendance and/or SLT when I should have used HTT.
-Healing surge is only used to save tanks/others in extreme situations, or to heal of a debuff on someone. ex. Touch of Harm from Tyrant Velhari. (Though I pref to use healing Wave for that if possible. "less mana")
-During down time when there's not much to heal I try to dps a bit just to help push a bit faster;)

Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for

STATS: -I mainly go for mastery on my shaman atm. This is due to the insane amount of healing it can grant when needed.
-Going for more haste than I do atm can be good as well. The problem with this is that you have to be much more careful managing your mana. It runs a high risk of going oom. (on Progress)
-Multistrike is very useful as it can bring your Chain Heal close to a Revival if your rly luck with procs (A bit of an exaggeration, but you get the picture. Although it gets removed in legion:P)
-There is also a set up where you can aim for Crit as main or secondary stat (This was something that many did during SoO in MoP).
Because of the mana refund you get from Resurgence (A passive talent that refunds a portion of mana from your heals when they crit) But this is not as valid now as it was during SoO. (Can still be good if you overheal a fight)

Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:

TALENTS GOES AS FOLLOW: (Changed now in Pre patch)
lvl.15-Astral Shift. (For when I know dmg is inc, I have to soak something etc)
lvl.30-Windwalker Totem. (To give the raid a 6 sec immunity to slows)
lvl.45-Totem Project. (So I can move SLT from quickly to use in range and melee groups. Its also handy for Capacitor Totem, so I can move it to stun adds where its needed. ex. Imps on Xul'horac)
lvl.45-Call of the Elements. (For a little extra raw output healing when Totem Project is not needed)
lvl.60-Echo of the Elements. (on Fights where it's needed for double SLT and Double Lava Burst)
lvl.60-Ancestral Swiftness. (On most fights atm. For more raw output healing and faster casts on fights where double SLT is not needed)
lvl.75-Rushing Streams. (Most of the time. Good for spread out fights or heavy movement fights)
lvl.75-Conductivity. (On stack up fights and I know mana wont be an issue)
lvl.90-Elemental Blast. (The 1k spirit you get is very helpful on mana. Also try to use it before every Rain and totem for 500 bonus crit, haste, mastery or multy)
lvl.90-Primal Elementalist. (Mostly used on farm when mana is not an issue, for 10% extra healing during primal totems)
lvl.100-High Tide. (For more Chain Heal spread)

GLYPHS: (Gone in Legion)
-Most of the time I go with Healing Stream Totem and Flame shock for the passive dmg reduction and healing. + Spiritwalker's Focus so I can move and heal more often.
-Cleansing Wasters. (on fights where you often need to dispel ppl that need healing at the same time)
-Now on farm I use Glyph of Fire Elemental Totem alot. Since it works well to optimize Primal Elementalist on many fights.

Previous guilds and reasons for leaving

My by far largest problem is that I've been jumping guilds alot.
During the time I've been raiding I've been in 8 guilds.
4 disbanded. Cold Logic (Draenor)
Victus (Sattered Hand)
Aureus (Draenor)
Old School (Draenor)

Grim Harvest (Draenor) I left because the raiding atmosphere became rly toxic after merging with Pieces

1 guild, (dont actually remember the name) I joined as MW cuse they rly needed a Monk. But I could not find an alt run for my shaman so it was either not raid with shammy at all or leave.

Numen (Draenor) is currently on a break and most ppl left so there's a high chance they disband when Legion hit.

Colour (Stormreaver) lost all their drive after progress. And I would like to find a guild that can have a good time raiding both on progress and farm.

Reason behind applying for Weeping Angels

Right now, what I'm looking for is good but not super hard-core raid progression.
I would like effective progress, but I also want have fun playing the game and not take it to seriously.
Your guild seems to be at around the perfect world rank where I can enjoy nice progress and not have to stress myself out in the process.

Write any additional information you feel you need to tell in your apply

Me as a healer: -I'd say my knowledge as a healer in general is very extensive. I never copy rotation or bis lists for item, stats or talent when it come to resto shaman or druid, Sins this is constantly shifting. I usually go with the talents and stats that I feel is best suited from encounter to encounter. -With that said I do ofc look for updates on sites like: mmo-champion forums icy-veins + askmrrobot (rarely) -And I'm always looking through logs of players with higher healing then me on a certain boss. (Almost daily). To see what they do differently, that I might be able to try. Other than that, thank you for your time and hopefully you find my app interesting.

I forgot to mention something.
I'm sure you can see if in the logs as well but I've been on a break for a few months. I've done a full mythic clear from time to time, but I've not raided actively since april-may. And although "Subshammy (Draenor)" is the first char I cleared 13/13 mythic on, "Draksham (Tarrem Mill)" is the char I play'd before my break. So Draksham is better geared atm.
Hi there, and thank you for the application. As you may be aware, our guild is near-full complement so please understand that any response will be in that context.

I do note with some interest your comments on Numen....is that old news? They seem to have partially merged with aphex and are doing live and beta raiding as of this week. I do also remember a friend in old school mentioning some issues about you applying to another guild and subsequently being removed from their guild?

I do remember your shammy being realm first for ages (and I also recall a pug or two where I saw your druid in action) ,but I would want to be sure of your commitment before even slightly considering you. I know your mw was briefly in boomtime (a friend of mine was there at the time) and it does worry me that there might be either loyalty or commitment issues.

Hey. Let me answer your questions concerns in order.

About Numen: Yes that comment might be outdated. As I mentioned I've been on a break from a while and only know how the guild was when I left, (though I still have a social char or 2 there:). If they did merge with aphex and managed to get themselves ready for Legion that's good news.

About me and Old School: I had been tired of the way the gm in old school "Arzashgul" was acting for a while before I applied somewhere else. In my last raid with them I took that up with him in pm, where I said that I diden't wanna raid with the guild anymore if it stayed like it was. The only response I got was to get out of the instance. I applied for another guild the next morning. This was not just a problem I had with him though. Several others left aswell, and the guild disbanded right after archimonde.

Ye, Boom Time was the guild I forgot the now of in my app. As I mentioned, they needed a mw monk at a time I was lf a guild on my shammy. I had missed 2 raid lockouts and wanted to start raiding agin, so I asked them if they'd consider a resto shammy. In the end, the agreement we reached was that I join them to help out on my monk to see if I'd be interested in playing mw full time, while they evaluated me to see if they wanted me in the guild at the same time. I'm not sure I even had a trial rank with them though. I might have stayed as social while I was there. I figured out after a couple weeks that I preferred shammy though and that's why it dident work out.

I hope that answers all your questions.
Thanks for the honesty in your response.

As I mentioned earlier we are at near capacity, which is the reason we haven't been recruiting on battlenet or in trade now for months. While your logs are good, we feel that our healing team is particularly strong and hence it would be tough to fit you into a healing team that really has no gaps in it.

I'm sure you'll have no problem finding a team that matches your ambitions. Best of luck.

That's ok.
I know it's a bit close to Legion to try and find a guild:)
I appreciate that you got around to answer my app this quickly so I can get on my way to look somewhere else.

Best of luck to you and your guild in Legion;)
