A opener from a Unholy dk is pritty simple its as follows -
- First of you want to use Epidemic before the pull to generate some runic power along with using death and decay and army this should generate you around 85 runic power which means that you can go perfectly into the fight and have caped your runic power soon as you hit the target with Festering strike so then you can pop Valk and burst the boss.
Tier 1 talents - Ebon fever for aoe and single target But you could use Burstin sores if the fight last less than 1 min but that is raid dps dependent.
Tier 2 talents - Epicdemic is the clear winner for aoe simple due to the damage it outputs and for single target you use pestilent pustules but again if the boss dies within 1 min you want to use blighted rune weapon along with the other tier 1 talent burstin sores.
Tier 3 talents -Clawing shadows is really the only viable talent due to the other ones been under tuned and not doing nearly enough to compete with clawing shadows
Tier 4 talents -This is also Personal preference but i like sludge but if you need a quick stun for a boss fight to do on a add then take asphyxiate
Tier 5 talents -Again person preference
Tier 6 talents -Shadow infusion is definitely the best here but again if the fight lasts within 1 min you want to use infected claws due to not getting enough out of shadow infusion
Tier 7 talents -This talent is very obvious for clear reasons dark arbiter is very powerful on fights , it gives a high amount of burst for fights which is perfect but some people say you can use soul reaper if the fight would last alot longer than just 1 dark arbiter

Maintain Virulent Plague Icon Virulent Plague on the target, using Outbreak Icon Outbreak to refresh it when it is about to expire.
Cast Dark Transformation Icon Dark Transformation.
Cast Dark Arbiter Icon Dark Arbiter.
Only use Dark Arbiter Icon Dark Arbiter when you are at or close to the maximum amount of Runic Power.
While Dark Arbiter Icon Dark Arbiter is active, spend as much Runic Power as possible by spamming Death Coil Icon Death Coil.
Cast Festering Strike Icon Festering Strike.
This applies 2-4 stacks of the Festering Wound Icon Festering Wound debuff, which caps at 8 stacks. Do not use Festering Strike if you are at maximum stacks, and ideally avoid wasting any potential stacks (so try not to cast it when you have 5 or more stacks).
Cast Scourge Strike Icon Scourge Strike (or Clawing Shadows Icon Clawing Shadows, if you have taken this talent).
This consumes 1 stack of Festering Wound Icon Festering Wound, so only use it if the target has at least 1 stack.
Cast Death Coil Icon Death Coil and avoid capping Runic Power.
If you are using the Shadow Infusion Icon Shadow Infusion talent, you should pool some resources so once Dark Transformation Icon Dark Transformation expires, you can cast back to back Death Coils and reduce the cooldown of Dark Transformation.
This is a copy from ice veins yes but its very basic my rotation it consists of doing -
Applying festering Wound to the target making sure im above 4 festering wounds on the target at all time i never want to use festering wounds when im 5 or above incase on wasting one.
Then i just spam clawing shadows to remove stacks and waste any runic power or procs into deathcoils to reduce the cooldown for my Dark transformation
Please explain your current stat priority, this includes gems, enchants & set bonusses you are currently going for
Death knights are going for haste the mastery
Also the two set is very good due to our pets already doing a lot of damage so that extra 20% is really good
The 4 set for this current tier is really good for death knights it ties in really well with out burst giving us an extra 10% damage when using dark transformation and 15% attackspeed also which is really good.
Gems are as follows just gem pure haste and same for enchanting also hate
Please explain your current talents and glyphs, explain why you are using them, when if and why you change your talents for any current encounter:
My current talents are for aoe but depending on fights i switch them out to either single target or a talent set that is designed for fights that last 1 min or less.
Reason i change my talents for different fights is to maximize my dps for each encounter if i know the fight will have aoe then going aoe spec if only single target then go that same for if the fight lasts less than 1 min .
Raid experience (Current and previous)
6/7 Mythic High maul
Blackrock 10/10 HC i cleared blackhand hc pre nerf which only a few guilds had done in first week dUe to it been a highly overturned fight.
At this point this is where i quit and have recently just come back into wow these past few weeks at the moment my current progression is
13/13 HC and 2/13 mythic
I know my raiding experience is not great but i have plenty of experience before i quit i had my own guild we where on defias-brotherhood we were rank 1 horde at the time in highmaul and in blackrock rank 1 for a bit before we had to disband due to lack of raiders since it was a dead realm.
This guild was forged with a few friends which we started the guild in WOD and we ended up been a top 400 - 500 guild.
